Number of international students at SAU reaches 1000
The number of international students studying at SAU reaches 1000 on Wednesday, which makes a historical breakthrough.
International students at campus are from 76 countries including US, France, Russia, Pakistan, Nigeria, etc.
Besides undergraduate program which attracts 91% students, postgraduate, IFP and language program are features of SAU and the share of IFP and language is increasing annually.
The reason for the increasing number results from internationalized courses, high reputation in global market and employment chances. Mr. Omuko Chrispine Otieno, graduated from Shenyang Aerospace College in July 2013 made the Kenya’s first drone and received praise from Kenyan government as “Most Promising Innovator”. Dozens of graduates are working in national aeronautical ministry, international airlines and manufacturing enterprises such as BMW, GOTIAR, etc.
