Live without borders -Shenyang Aerospace overseas students' visit to the welfare institution children

On Oct 14th, The International Education College organized overseas students from Korea,

Indonesia and other countries to visit the disabled children in Shenyang children welfare 

institution.This activity aimed at training the community service awareness of the overseas 

students and make them know more about the social security system in china.

At first, Jiang Meijia, the president of the institute, introduced the basic status of the welfare 

institute to us passionately. Then the overseas students sent all kinds of present, such as milk, 

snacks, clothes and so on they bought to the disabled children. After that, they helped the 

nursing workers feed the kids.Finally, all of them did activities together with warm smiles on 

their faces.

This was a very meaningful activity. It gave a deep impact on both the children and overseas 

students. Most of the disabled children were abandoned by their parents so that they need care 

from all sectors of our society. It made them feel the warmth in family and the care from relatives.

For overseas students, it enriched their spare time and made them be educated again. It is sure 

that this meaningful experience leave a deep impression on them and make them cherish their 

living condition and study opportunity.
